ABOUT CATHERINE
Catherine Sinclair is a registered psychologist and IST therapist. She has a private practice in Canberra, Australia where she does psychotherapy and self-development work with adult clients. Catherine has led retreats, workshops and trainings in meditation and self-development and given public lectures on various self-development and meditation related topics in Australia, Singapore, the USA, Spain and Portugal.
In her work with clients she draws from her training in Western psychology with training and depth of personal experience in meditation, self-development work and experiences of consciousness.
She has a graduate
diploma in psychology from Charles Sturt University, a post-graduate diploma
from the University of Western Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication
from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Catherine has also studied for 10 years with Dr Samuel Sagan, a medical doctor
who founded the Clairvision School of meditation and experiential spirituality
and, with a group of psychotherapists and natural therapists, developed the
Inner Space Techniques of psychotherapy and healing.
Catherine is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and a member
of the Counselling and Psychotherapy Association of Canberra and Region (CAPACAR).
